运用《黄帝内经》傍针刺法治疗肩周炎疗效观察

目的:观察《黄帝内经》傍针刺法治疗肩周炎的疗效,探讨其治疗机理。方法:104例患者随机分成傍针刺组74例,常规治疗组30例。傍针刺组采用傍针刺肩内陵穴。两组均采用电针加拔罐。测量治疗前后患侧拇指至对侧肩胛角的距离d,观察治疗前后症状与体征的变化。结果:治疗后傍针刺组有效率93.2%,常规治疗组有效率86.7%,两组无显著差异(P>0.05),但两组治疗前后d的差值有显著差异(P<0.05),傍针刺组d的差值大于常规治疗组。结论:《黄帝内经》傍针刺法可明显缓解患肩的疼痛与拘挛,增加患肩的活动度,松解肩关节粘连。

To observe therapeutic effect of proximal needling on periarthritis of shoulder and explore the mechanism. Methods: 104 cases were randomly divided ino the proximal needling group (n=74) and the ordinary treating group (n=30). Two group were both treated by electroacupuncture plus cupping. The distance (d) from the thumb of the affected shoulder to the opposite spacula horn were measured and the changes of symptoms and physical signs were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of proximal needling group is 93.2% and that of the ordinary treating group is 86.7%. There is no significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). But there were significant difference in the changes of numeral valued before and after treatment between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Proximal needling can obviously mitigate the pain and contracture of affected shoulder joint, increase the angles of moving relax the adherence of joint.
