| 中文文摘 | 探讨分析敦煌石窟《灸法图》的特点及现实意义。共整理辨识《灸法图》近80个穴位,治疗虚、瘀、寒交加的常见病和疑难病症。通过10余年的临床验证和总结,取得较为满意的效果。同时说明《灸法图》具有选穴少而精、方便安全、易于普及、真实自然、背部俞穴取二寸三分等特点,而且重视整体的配合取穴,重视量大力宏的重灸,重视人体远端穴位,重视天人相应的宜忌原则。其倡导的灸疗将对医学发展产生重大影响,值得今后进一步挖掘整理。

| 英文文摘 | Characteristics and practical significance of The Illustrations of Moxibustion in Dunhuang Caves were studied and analyzed. In the present paper, near 80 points in The Illustrations of Moxibustion were systematized and distinguished, and were used for treatment of commonly-seen diseases and difficult and complicated cases with deficiency, blood stasis and cold coexistence. Through clinical verifying and summarization, more satisfactory results were achieved. At the same time, it is indicatd that The Illustrations of Moxibustion is of the characteristics of fewer but better point selection, convenience and safety, easy to be popularized, true and nature and selecting 2 cun and 3 fen for back-Shu points, and it paid attention to combined point selecting as a whole, large dose moxibustion, distal points and the principal of correspondence between man and universe. The proposed moxibustion therapy will produce an important effect on medical development. Therefore it is worth to be further explored and systematized.
