近年来，被视为现代医疗领域历史性突破的肿瘤免疫治疗技术取得了突飞猛进的发展。免疫治疗技术几乎涉及到所有常见的致命瘤种包括肺癌、黑色素瘤、白血病和淋巴瘤等等。医药学界越来越关注并致力于新的肿瘤免疫治疗药物的发现与临床开发，患者也越来越期望有更多可供选择的免疫治疗方法可以最终治愈肿瘤。

Novel forms of immunotherapy will be updated including oncolytics, bispecific antibodies and cancer vaccines. Immune checkpoint blockers against pathways other than CTLA4 and PD1 will be discussed.
