综上所述,我们的研究结果证实了17β_雌二醇可通过促进iNOS蛋白表达,增加NO合成,抑制VSMCs增殖;在新生牛血清促进VSMCs增殖过程中,caveolin_1蛋白表达降低,17β_雌二醇提前孵育可增加caveolin_1表达;且17β_雌二醇可通过上调caveolin_1蛋白表达,增加iNOS表达及NO合成,抑制VSMCs增殖。此研究结果有助于进一步明确17β_雌二醇抑制VSMCs增殖过程中caveolin_1的作用机制,加深17β_雌二醇对心血管保护作用机制的阐明。
