医学论文范文:银川市城区部分托幼机构1128例3-6岁儿童忽视状况及影响因素分析
【摘要】 目的 了解银川市城区部分托幼机构3-6岁儿童忽视现状，探讨其影响因素，为制定相应的干预措施和政策提供依据。方法 采用整群抽样的方法，对银川市城区4所幼儿园的1128名3-6岁儿童父母进行问卷调查。结果 银川市城区部分托幼机构儿童忽视总发生率为24.4%，总忽视度为41.5;男、女童及不同年龄组儿童总忽视率、总忽视度比较差异均无统计学意义;不同年龄组儿童在情感忽视率及忽视度上差异均有统计学意义，6岁组儿童情感忽视率及忽视度最高、最重，3岁组儿童最低、最轻。影响儿童忽视发生率和忽视严重程度的主要因素有父母文化程度、父亲职业、收入减少等。结论 银川市城区儿童被忽视现象不容乐观。

The current situation and influential factors on child neglect among aged 3-6 years old in the urban areas
of some nursery school in Yinchuan

[Abstract] Objective To understand the state of child neglect as well as the major risk factors aged 3 ～ 6 years old in the urban areas of some nursery school in Yinchuan. And to discusses the status quo of child neglect and its influencing factors, and to formulate corresponding intervention measures and policies.Methods The cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1128 families of four preschool children aged 3～6 parents by evaluation questionnaire in Yinchuan city.Results The total neglect rate and degree of nursery school children in urban areas in Yinchuan was respectively 24.4% and 41.5; There is no significant difference in total neglect rate and degree between different gender and age groups; But there have significant difference in emotion neglect, the neglect rate and degree of children aged 6 years were the highest, the neglect rate and degree of children aged 3 years are the lowest; The major risk factors of children neglect rate and degree were as follow: Parents cultural degree, father's occupation and income decrease.Conclusion Children neglected phenomenon is not optimistic in Yinchuan city医.学全.在.线网站www.lindalemus.com.

儿童忽视(child neglect)是一个世界性的公共卫生问题，已受到各国的广泛关注。儿童忽视作为儿童伤害(child maltreatment)中影响儿童身心健康的最常见形式，可对儿童的认知、社会、情感和行为发育产生短期或长期的严重影响，尤其是发生在生命早期的忽视对儿童以后发育的危害更为严重，可导致从儿童到成人的发育过程中不良的社会或情感反应，造成体格与心理、行为的失常或变态，对儿童造成广泛和深远的不良影响[1-3]。为了解银川市城区儿童的忽视现状，探讨其影响因素，我们对银川市城区4所幼儿园1128名3-6岁儿童的忽视状况进行了调查，现报告如下。
