【摘要】 目的 探讨环磷腺苷葡胺联合参麦治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法 100例支气管哮喘患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50例,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用环磷腺苷葡胺150 mg和参麦注射液40 ml,1次/d,连用14 d,监测2组的症状控制时间、肺通气功能和血气分析。流式细胞仪检测外周血中T细胞亚群CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、CD69、CD+3T淋巴细胞、CD+69CD+4T淋巴细胞水平。结果 研究组治疗后VC、FEV1、PEF高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组PaO2增加值和PaCO2下降值高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后CD4、CD4/CD8、CD69CD+3T淋巴细胞和CD69CD+4T淋巴细胞低于对照组(P<0.05),CD8高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 环磷腺苷葡胺联合参麦治疗支气管哮喘有显著疗效,且能增加支气管哮喘患者的免疫功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of MCAMP combined with shenmai injection on asthma.Methods 100 patients with asthma were randomly divided into the research group and the control group, each group had 50 cases. The patients in control group were treated with routine western medicine, while the patients in research group,based on the same therapy as control group,were treated with MCAMP 150mg a day and Shenmai injection 40ml a day infused intravenously for 14 days. The lung function, blood gas and T cell levels (CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8, CD69CD+3 and CD69CD+4) were measured for both groups.Results In research group after treatment the VC increased to (426±123)ml,the FEVl increased to (264±55)ml,the PEF increased to (0.8±0.3)L/s, the PaO2 increased to (+3.8±1.5)kPa, the PaCO2 increased to (-3.10±1.21)kPa and CD8 increased to (29.41±7.32)%.All of the seven parameters were significantly higher than those in control group[ (311±146)ml, (195±52)ml,(0.5±0.3)L/s,(+2.23±1.26)kPa,(-2.0±1.0)kPa,(26±7)respectively](P<0.05).The levels of CD4,CD4/CD8,CD69CD+3 and CD69CD+4 in research group [(44±5)%,(1.41±0.09),(8.2±2.4)%,(3.5+1.9)% respectively] were significantly reduced, as compared with those in control group [(49±6)%,(1.91±0.29)%,(9.9±2.5)%,(6.5±2.2)%](P<0.05).
