益骨口服液能够显著提高实验性骨质疏松模型大鼠的载荷,提示益骨口服液在有效抑制模型鼠股骨干材料和结构的变化方面有确切的作用。现代医学认为,骨质疏松症是由于骨代谢失调,骨的丢失大于骨的重建,结果导致骨量丢失,骨小梁结构破坏,骨强度下降,而导致骨折风险升高的一种全身性代谢障碍的退行性骨骼疾病[48]。临床表现为腰背肢体疼痛、畸形、骨折等。中医认为“肾亏脾虚”是“骨枯”、“骨痿”的基本病因。骨质疏松症的主要症状是疼痛,“瘀则必痛”,“久病必瘀”是骨质疏松症的基本病理变化。对骨质疏松症的辨证论治强调从脾肾入手,以补肾益脾化瘀为治疗大法。本实验所采用益骨口服液(主要成分:山药、枸杞、丹参、骨碎补、补骨脂等)。以骨碎补、补骨脂补肾壮骨,山药、枸杞健脾养肝,丹参活血化瘀,有机配伍,相得益彰医.学全.在.线www.lindalemus.com。
