医学免费论文:正糖钳技术观察降浊合剂对大鼠胰岛素敏感性的影响
【摘要】 [目的]采用正糖钳试验观察比较降浊合剂对Wistar大鼠胰岛素敏感性的影响。[方法]雄性Wistar大鼠32只，随机分成降浊合剂高剂量组、降浊合剂低剂量组、罗格列酮组、正常对照组各8只，各组灌予相应的药物7天后，大鼠腹腔麻醉，观察大鼠正糖钳试验稳态下的血糖(BG)和葡萄糖输注速率(GIR)。[结果]降浊合剂可明显降低大鼠正糖钳试验稳态下的血糖(BG)，提高稳态下的葡萄糖输注速率(GIR)。[结论]降浊合剂能提高胰岛素抵抗大鼠机体组织对外源性胰岛素的敏感性。

Abstract：[Objective] To observe the effect of jiangzhuo Mixture(JZM)on insulin sensitivity in Wistar rats by using the glucose clamp technique.[Methods]32 male Wistars were randomly divided into normal control group，control group treated with rosiglitazone and two experimental groups treated with high or low dose JZM.After durations of 7 days with corresponding treatment by intragastric administration，the blood glucose(BG)in homeostasis and glucose infusion rate(GIR)of each group is observed by using the glucose clamp technique.[Results]JZM can decrease the blood glucose(BG)in homeostasis and increase glucose infusion rate(GIR)obviously.[Couclusion]JZM can improve the insulin sensitivity in insulinresistancerats医.学.全.在.线www.lindalemus.com.

中药复方降浊合剂是根据我院国家级名老中医、主任中医师王晖多年临床用药经验，由我院制剂室配置的纯中药制剂，功能为补气升清降浊，该药在临床应用中对于治疗2型糖尿病属肥胖气虚痰浊型有较好的疗效[1]。本研究观察了降浊合剂对胰岛素钳夹Wistar大鼠稳态下的血糖(BG)和葡萄糖输注速率(GIR)的影响，并与阳性对照药—罗格列酮进行了比较。
1 实验材料
1.1 药品 降浊合剂浓缩液：棕色液体、500ml/瓶，生药浓度5g/ml，组成：生黄芪、丹参、生苍术、生薏苡仁、生麦芽、生扁豆、绞股蓝、生鸡金、生葛根，宁波市中医院提供。罗格列酮：商品名文迪雅，4mg/片，批号：H20020475。胰岛素注射液：江苏万邦生化医药股份有限公司，400U/10ml/瓶，批号：0404208。
