医学免费论文:动脉蒂植入自体游离移植骨再血管化的实验研究
【摘要】 目的 研究动脉蒂植入非血管化自体骨后移植骨血管再生的情况。方法 将36只大白兔双侧桡骨部分截断,剥离骨膜,分别植入双侧咬肌区,其中一侧将远端结扎的颌外动脉蒂植入游离桡骨骨髓腔作为实验侧,另一侧单纯移植作为对照侧。术后3 d、1周、2周、3周、4周、6周处死动物取材,通过组织学检查、血管墨汁灌注、CD34免疫组化染色检测移植骨微血管密度(MVD),观察移植骨的再血管化情况。结果 实验侧术后3 d,对照侧术后2周移植骨出现再血管化。术后3 d、1周、2周、3周、4周,实验侧移植骨的再血管化程度高于对照侧;术后4周,实验侧再血管化程度达到高峰。结论 动脉蒂植入非血管化自体骨的方法具有促进移植骨血管生成的作用。

An experimental study on angiogenesis of non-vascularized autogenous bone graft with vascular bundle implantation XIANG Zhao, YAO Yao, WANG Ya, HUA Cheng-ge, ZHANG Fu-gui, TANG Xiu-fa. (Dept. of Head and Neck Oncology, West China College of Stomatology, Sichuan University, Chengdu 610041, China)
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of vascular bundle implantation in autogenous bone graft on angiogenesis. Methods Thirty-six New Zealand white rabbits were evaluated in this study. A portion of bilateral radial bones of a rabbit were removed as free bone grafts, whose periostea were peeled off. In test group, the external maxillary artery bundle was passed through the marrow cavity of the bone. In control group, there was no vascular bundle implantation. Each bone was placed in masseter muscle separately. The rabbits were sacrificed and the specimens were procured at 3 days, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 weeks after surgery for histological observation, Chinese ink perfusion and CD34 immunohistochemistry. Microvessel density(MVD) was assessed in order to evaluate angio-genesis of autogenous bone grafts. Results The bone grafts were found revascularization in 3 days after surgery in the test group, whereas at 2 weeks in the control group. In 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery, the MVD of test group was significantly higher than that of control group. In 4 weeks after surgery, angiogenesis of test group reached to peak. Conclusion Vascular bundle implantation improved angiogenesis in non-vascularized autogenous bone graft in this study医.学.全.在.线www.lindalemus.com.

对于非血管化自体骨移植,促进其血管生成是骨愈合的关键。本研究利用动物实验观察动脉蒂植入非血管化自体骨后移植骨血管生成的情况,并与单纯骨移植作比较,为该方法的临床应用提供理论依据。
1 材料和方法
