综上所述,通过PEI示踪染色对AN大鼠AS表达和分布的研究,证实了AN大鼠GBM上AS与蛋白尿之间的相关性。AS是GBM电荷屏障功能正常的重要标志之一,祛风通络方可能通过改善AN大鼠GBM上HSPG的表达而改善AS的表达和分布,修复GBM电荷屏障,从而起到防治肾性蛋白尿的作用。但其影响基底膜相关蛋白之间的信号转导以及内在的调节机制还有待深入研究。
