第三部分 写作
写作部分与2005的变化不大，仍然是一篇应用文和一篇短文。应用文包括：私人和公务信函、备忘录(memo)、摘要(summery )、报告(report)等。这部分满分10分。短文要求根据提示信息写160～200词，提示信息的形式有主题句、写作提纲、规定情景、图表等。此部分总分20分。
