| 中文文摘 | 针灸疗法是一种以体表取穴进行针刺或灼烧的方式来达到对疾病的治疗目的的特殊治疗手段,传统中医受解剖结构不明晰及操作手法、适应症把握等因素的限制,在临床实践中难免出现意外事故,造成不良后果。本文试图从历代文献中对针灸疗法禁忌症的论述进行整理,包括病症的禁忌、部位的禁忌、心身方面的禁忌及时间的禁忌。以期对临床实践工作有所禅益。

| 英文文摘 | Acupunctury and moxibustion is special way to treat diseasts by stimulate points on skin with needles or warmth. There are many influential factor such as the anatomical structure, methord of manipulation, indications in traditional chinese medicine, so it may occur accident or adverse reaction. The purpose of this paper is analyse the theory about contra indication(contraindication on symptom, location, condition of health and time)in acupuncture and moxibustion in literature and summarise experience to indicate clinical treatment.
