黑龙江中医药大学药学院创建于1972年，是黑龙江省创办最早的正规药学教育机构。在三十 余年的发展建设历程中，规模不断壮大，实力不断增强，目前已成为我国北方地区中医药高等院校中办学规模最大、专业结构最齐全的药学教育机构。
    学院现有中药学、药物制剂、制药工程、中药资源与开发 、生物技术（制药)、药学、食品科学与工程七个本科专业和一个七年制中医学专业（中药学方向)，拥有中药学、生药学、药剂学、药物分析学四个硕士学位授权学科和中药学一级博士学位授权学科。其中中药学学科和生药学学科为省级重点学科，药剂学学科为校级重点学科。一批杰出的专家教授和留学归国的药学博士成为重点学科的学术带头人和教学骨干,教学及科研条件已达到国内同类院校的先进水平。
    面向知识经济时代，药学院将在人才培养及科学研究方面加大与国际接轨的力度，充分体现以需求为导向、为经济建设服务的办学特色，为中药现代化的发展做出应有的贡献，成为药学人才及科学研究成果的摇篮。
           The introduction of pharmaceutical college
Pharmaceutical College, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine was set up in 1972, which was formerly the Department of Chinese Herbal Medicine, Heilongjiang College of Chinese Medicine, and the earliest educational institution of pharmacy in Heilongjiang province. During 30 year journey, as its structure constantly grew, its influence has continually increased. At present, Pharmaceutical College has become the largest educational institution of pharmacy, having the most pharmaceutical subjects among the same kind of universities in the North China.
The college offers four subjects of Chinese herbal medicine, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical engineering and Chinese herbal resource and development for undergraduates, a 7-year Chinese medicine (Chinese herbal medicine) and four subjects of Chinese herbal medicine、 pharmacognosy、 pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical analysis for master degree and a subject of Chinese herbal medicine for doctor degree. The Chinese herbal medicine discipline and the pharmacognosy discipline are two major disciplines of Heilongjiang province, and pharmaceutics discipline is the major discipline of the university. A group of outstanding experts, professors, and pharmaceutical doctors from overseas have become academic leaders of these major disciplines. The teaching and researching condition here has reached the advanced level among the same kind of universities in China.
