周玲，女，1956年10月出生，江苏南通人，博士，教授，硕士生导师。1982年以来，在南京医科大学公共卫生学院流行病学教研室（现流行病与卫生统计学系)工作，历任助教、讲师、副教授、教授。从事流行病学教学和科研工作26年，主要开展了以病毒性肝炎、性传播疾病为主的传染病和以消化道恶性肿瘤、糖尿病为主的慢性非传染病流行病学研究。先后主持和参加国际合作、国家级（自然科学基金、科技攻关题等)及省级等科研课题40多项。近3年，主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、省级项目3项。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文60余篇。获部、省级科技成果奖2项、市级科技成果1项。编写并出版教材《流行病学》、《临床流行病学》等4部、专著《老年预防医学》1部。曾获江苏省"红杉树"园丁银奖。

Research
Ling zhou’s major research interests include the epidemiology of chronic noninfectious diseases and molecular epidemiology, focus on the etiology of the type 2 diabetes. She has also studied the epidemiology of the infectious diseases such as STD/AIDS, which concerns the application of health education to the prevention of STD/AIDS. She took charge of and partook over 40 research items. In recent 3 years she presides over 1 item of NSFC project, 3 province projects. She has published 60 more articles in academic periodical, 3 textbooks on Epidemilogy, Clinial epidemilogy, and 1 monograph on Preventative medicine in old people. She teaches courses on Epidemiology, Clinical Epidemiology at Nanjing Medical University.
