太，甚大；白，白色。
穴在大趾白肉际上；此处之白肉更为宽阔。

Meaning

Tai, great; bai, white.
The point is at the white skin of the big toe, where the white skin is widest.

定位

第一跖趾关节内侧后缘赤白肉际。

Location

Medial and proximal to the 1st metatarsophalangeal joint, at the junction of the red and white skin.

主治

胃痛，呕吐，腹泻，痢疾，便秘。

Indication

stomachache, vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery, constipation.

针法

直刺0.3-0.5寸。

Method

perpendicularly 0.3-0.5 cun.
