少，幼小；冲，冲动。
本穴是手少阴经井穴，脉气由此涌出沿经脉上行。

Meaning

Shao, young; chong, gushing.
The point is at the small finger on the Hand-Shaoyin Meridian, where the Qi of meridian originates and gushes upwards along the meridian.

定位

小指桡侧，指甲角旁开0.1寸。

Location

on the radial side of the little finger, about 0.1 cun posterior to the corner of the nail.

主治

心绞痛，精神病，昏迷。

Indication

cardiac pain, mental disorder, coma.

针法

浅刺0.1寸或点刺出血。

Method

superficially 0.1 cun, or peck into bleeding.
