穴义

大，大小之大；陵，丘陵。
掌根突起部如同丘陵，穴在其腕侧陷中。

Meaning

Da, large; ling, mound.
The protrusion of the palmar root is large, like a mound. The point is in the depression of the wrist proximal to it.

定位

腕横纹中央，掌长肌腱与桡侧腕屈腱之间。

Location

in the middle of the transverse crease of the wrist, between the tendons of m.palmaris longus and m.flexor carpi radialis.

主治

心纹痛，心律不齐，胃痛，呕吐，精神病，癔痛，肋间神经痛。

Indication

cardiac pain, arrhythmia, stomachache, vomiting, mental disorder, hysterial, intercostal neuralgia.

针法

直刺0.5-0.8寸
