特殊用法 Special Methods

 走罐

亦称推罐。即先在施术部位皮肤上涂一层凡士林或润滑油，再用上述方法将罐拔住，然后医生用右手握住罐子，向上下或左右以及病变部位，往返推动，至局部皮肤充血红润为度。此法适于面积较大的部位，如脊背、腰臀、大腿等部位。

  
 Movable Cupping
Prior to the treatment, apply lubricant oil, such as vaseline, on the skin, the cup then is sucked to the skin in the way as explained in the previous methods. Hold the cup with the right hand and slide it around and back to the affected area until the skin becomes congested.  闪罐

即将罐拔住后，立即起下，如此反复多次地拔住起下，起下拔住，直至皮肤潮红或充血为度。

  Successive Flash Cupping

In this method, apply repeatedly and swiftly the cup over the same place until the skin becomes hyperaemic.

 
 刺络拔罐

施术部位消毒后，用三棱针点刺出血或用皮肤针叩打后，再行拔罐，以加强活血祛瘀，消肿止痛的作用。

 
  Blood-letting Puncture and Cupping

After the disinfection of the local place, puncture it with three-edged needle to let blood or tap with plum-blossom needle, then apply cupping. It enhances blood circulation and relieves swelling and pain by removing the blood stasis.
