从顶骨结节起向下引一长3厘米的垂线，再引与该线夹角为40度的前后两线，三条为运用区。

From the parietal tubercle, draw a line to the middle of mastoid process, and the other two lines anteriorly and posteriorly, forming a 40 angle respectively with it, all three lines 3cm in length.
