主症

发病缓慢，初起身有微热，或午后潮热，口干腹胀，便泻秽臭，尿如米泔，烦躁啼哭，不思饮食；继则积滞内停，腹大脐突，面色痿黄，形体消瘦，肌肤甲错，毛发稀疏，舌苔浊腻或光剥，脉象虚弱者，属脾胃虚损证。如症见饮食异常或饥饱无度，或嗜食异物者，多属虫积。医学全在.线提供

Main Manifestations

Progressing onset, and at the beginning, there are slight fever, or afternoon tidal fever, dry mouth, abdominal distention, diarrhea with foul and putrid feces, rice-water-like wrine, irritable crying, and anorexia. Later, there appear internal stagnation with distending belly, protruding navel, sallow complexion, emaciation, dry and scaly skin, sparse hair, sticky and dirty tongue coating or absence of coating and weak pulse all of which are ascribed to the deficiency of spleen and stomach. The abnormal appetite with irregularity of hunger and satiety and the parorexia are due to the parasitosis.

治法

取足太阴，阳明经穴为主。毫针浅刺不留针。

Treatment

The points of Spleen and Stomach Meridians are principally selected. Superficial puncture is performed without retention of needles.

下脘 足三里 太白 四缝

Prescription

Xiawan (CV 10), Zusanli, (ST 36), Taibai (SP 3) and Sifeng (EX-VE 10).
