主症

乳房红肿疼痛，多发生于产后。初起乳房结块，肿胀疼痛，排乳困难，寒热头痛、恶心烦渴，此时痈脓尚未形成；若乳部肿块增大，欣红疼痛，时有跳痛者，为化脓征象。

取足厥阴、少阳、阳明经穴为主。毫针刺用泻法。
