主症

暴病耳鸣，或耳中觉胀，鸣声不断，按之不减；如系肝胆风火上逆，可见头胀，面赤，咽干，烦躁易怒，脉弦；如因外感风邪，多见头痛，畏寒，发热，脉浮数等证。

治法

取手、足少阳经穴为主。毫针刺，实证用泻法；虚证用补法，并可用小艾炷灸患处腧穴。

外感风邪加外关、合谷；
肾虚加肾俞，命门、关元、太溪。

Additional Points

For fire preponderance in the liver and gallbladder, TAICHONG(LR 3), ZULINGQI (GB 41) are added,
for invasion of exogenous pathogenic wind, WAIGUAN (TE 5), HEGU (LI 4),
or deficiency of kidney SHENSHU (BL 23), MINGMEN (GV 4), GUANYUAN (CV 4), TAIXI (KI 3).
