主要研究方向: 本科是医院特色专业的独立科室,设立门诊、骨密度检测和骨质疏松研究室,拥有最先进的双能X线骨密度检测仪3台,临床和实验条件良好。目前主要研究方向为如下三部分:1、骨质疏松的遗传机制研究:迄今已经分别建立男性、女性核心家系遗传资源库(800个家庭共近3000人的骨密度值和DNA),检测骨质疏松的易感基因,该领域研究水平居国内领先;2、遗传性代谢性骨病的分子机制研究;3、药物遗传学研究:分析抗骨质疏松药物疗效与相关基因的关系。目前承担国家自然科学基金:男性峰值骨量与骨代谢相关候选基因10个SNP的家系连锁分析(30570891)。 主要研究成果: 第一作者发表学术论文近40篇,其中SCI收论文8篇。曾获上海市医学科技二等奖。发表主要论文: 1.Bone mineral density of the spine and femur in healthy Chinese men.
