手太阴肺经重点穴:列缺(肺经7) Lieque(LU7)

穴义

列，排列；缺，凹陷。
古代称闪电和天际裂缝为列缺。手太阴脉从这里别走手阳明脉，本穴位列于桡骨茎突上方凹陷处。

定位

桡骨茎突上方，腕模纹上1.5寸

Location

Superior to the styloid process of the radius, 1.5 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist.

主治

（1)呼吸系统疾病要穴，用治鼻塞，喉痛，咳嗽，气喘等
（2)治头项强痛之要穴
（3)局部治手腕酸痛，如扭伤、腱鞘炎等

Indication

针法

（1)向肘部斜刺0.5-0.8寸
（2)针尖由桡骨与肌腱之间向内侧正中斜刺
