穴义

膀胱，膀胱腑；俞，输注。
本穴是膀胱之气转输于后背表的部位。

Meaning

Pangguang, bladder; shu, point.
This point is where the Qi of Bladder is infused into the back.

定位

第二骶椎棘突下，旁开1.5寸。

Location

1.5cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 2nd sacral vertebra.

主治

① 膀胱病要穴，能调整膀胱机能，治小便不利，尿潴留或遗尿，小便失禁等；
② 局部酸痛。

Indication

1. main point for diseases of the urinary bladder and its functional regulation: obstruction of urination, retention or enuresis, incontinence of urine.
2. pain of the local area.

针法

直刺0.8-1.2寸
