足太阳膀胱经重点穴位英文简介:膏肓(膀胱经43)

穴义

膏，膏脂；肓，肓膜。
在此指心下膈上的膏脂肓膜；因近于心包故被看作心包组成部分。穴与厥阴俞平列，故名膏肓。

Meaning

Gao, fat; huang, membrane.
Gaohuang refers to the fat and membrane below the heart and above the diaphragm. Since this part is close to the pericardium, it is taken as the component of the pericardium. The point is at the level of Jueyinshu point.

定位

第四胸椎棘突下，旁开3寸。

Location

3 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 4th thoracic vertebra.

主治

① 补肺，治肺虚咳喘(肺结核、老年慢性支气管炎，支气管哮喘等)；
② 强壮补体，用于虚弱，贫血。常与足三里配合灸治；
③ 肩胛部酸痛。

Indication

1. pulmonary tuberculosis, chronic bronchitis of the aged, bronchial asthma.
2. to treat weakness, anemia, often used with Zusanli point.
3. ache of the shoulder.

针法

直刺0.5-0.8寸或向肩胛前面斜刺，针尖向外。

Method

puncture perpendicularly 0.5-0.8 cun or obliquely towards the front of the scapular with the tip in the direction of the lateral side.
