穴义

内，内外之内；关，关隘。
穴在前臂内侧要处，犹如关隘。

Meaning

Nei, medial; guan, pass.
The point is at an important site at the medial aspect of the forearm, like a pass.

定位

腕横纹上2寸，掌长肌腱与桡侧腕屈腱之间。

Location

2 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, between the tendons of m.palmaris longus and m.flexor carpi radialis.

主治

① 心病要穴，对心率有双向调节作用，快者能转慢，慢者能转快；对心律也有调整作用，可治疗心律不齐；对冠状动脉有扩张作用，可缓解心绞痛；
② 镇静安神，治失眠，癫狂等；
③ 对血压有双向调节作用，血压高者可使之低，低者可使之高；
④ 宽胸理气，治胸闷胸痛，气喘等；
⑤ 和胃降逆，治胃痛呕吐，嗳气呃逆等；
⑥ 有清热作用，治阴虚发热；
⑦ 为胸部手术针麻要穴。

1. main point for heart diseases: tachycardia, bradycardia, arrhythmia, angina pectoris.
2. insomnia, epilepsy, mental disorder.
3. regulating blood pressure in favorable directions.
4. stuffness of the chest; chest pain and asthma.
5. stomachache, vomiting, retching, hiccup.
6. fever caused by deficiency of Yin.
7. main point for acupuncture anaesthesia in chest operations.

直刺0.5-1寸

perpendicularly 0.5-1 cun

络穴。治呕吐、呃逆，心律不齐主穴。

Luo-Connecting Point. Main point for stopping vomiting and hiccup, and treating arrhythmia.
