穴义

环，环曲；跳，跳跃。
穴在髀枢中，髀枢为环曲跳跃之枢纽。

Meaning

Huan, a ring; tiao, jump.
The point is at the hip joint, which is the pivot for jumping.

定位

股骨大转子最高点，与骶裂孔连线的外，中1/3交界处。

Location

at the junction of the middle and lateral third of the distance between the highest point of great trochanter and the hiatus of the sacrum.

主治

① 下肢病痛之要穴，主治坐骨神经痛，下肢瘫痪等；
② 局部治股关节酸痛，臀肌筋膜炎等。

Indication

1. main point to treat diseases of the lower extremities: sciatic neuralgia, paraplegia.
2. ache of the thigh bone, facialitis of gluteal muscles.

针法

直刺2-3寸
