原因

患者精神紧张，针刺入后，局部肌肉强烈收缩；或行针时向同一方向连续捻转，而致肌纤维缠绕针身；或因针身刺入肌腱；或针刺后体位改变，都可引起滞针。

Cause

This may result from nervousness, strong spasm of the local muscle after the insertion of the needle, twirling the needle with too large amplitude or in one direction only causing muscle fibers to bind, or from a change of the position of the patient after the insertion of the needles.医学.全在线www.med126.com

现象

进针后针下异常紧涩，出现提插、捻转及出针困难。

Manifestations

After the needle is inserted, it is found difficult or impossible to rotate, lift and thrust the needles.

处理

嘱患者消除紧张情绪，使局部肌肉放松，因单向捻转而致者，则须反向捻转。如属肌肉一时性紧张，可留针一段时间，然后再行捻转出针，也可轻轻按揉针刺周围的皮肤肌肉，或在附近部位加刺一针，以宣散气血，缓解痉挛，因体位改变者，应恢复体位后随之将针取出。

Management

Ask the patient to relax. If the needle is stuck due to excessive rotation in one direction, the condition will release when the needle is twirled in the opposite direction. If stuck needle is caused by temporary muscle spasm, leave the needle in place for a while, then withdraw it by rotating, or by inserting another needle nearby to disperse the Qi and blood, and to relieve the spasm. IF the stuck needle is caused by the changing of the position of the patient, the original posture should be resumed and then withdraw the needle.

预防

对精神紧张者，下做好解释工作，消除紧张心理。行针时不可用力过猛，避免单向捻针及将针刺入肌腱，留针过程中不宜随意改变体位。

Prevention

Nervous patients should be encouraged to relax their tension. Manipulation should not be too forceful. Avoid puncturing the muscular tendon during insertion. Twirling the needle in only one direction shall not be allowed. During retention of the needles, the posture of the patient should remain unchanged.
