主症

肋痛多见于一侧，或两侧皆痛，而以胀痛为主，每因情志变动而增减，痛无定处，胸闷不舒，善太息，饮食不振，口苦，苔薄白，脉弦。

治法

取足厥阴、少阳经穴为主，配以局部及背俞穴。毫针刺，实证用泻法，虚证用补法，或平补平泻。

Treatment

The main points are selected from Liver and Shaoyin Meridians combining with local and Back-(Shu)Points. Reducing method is applied for excess syndrome, reinforcing or even manipulation is for deficiency syndrome.

Prescription

Zhigou (TE 6), Yanglingquan(GB 34), Qimen (LR 14), Taichong (LR 3).

随证配穴

气滞血瘀者加膈俞、三阴交；
肝阴不足者加肝俞、肾俞、足三里、三阴交。

Additional Points

Stagnation of Qi and Blood : Geshu (BL 17), Sanyinjiao(SP 6) ;
Insufficiency of liver-Yin : Ganshu (BL 18), Shenshu (BL 23), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6).
